# Signee

> Upload a PDF, place signature, date and text fields exactly where they belong, then send it for signing by email. Every completed document comes back with a certificate recording who signed, from which address, and when.

Signee is a web app for getting documents signed. The sender uploads a PDF (or picks a
ready-made template), drags signature, initial, text, date and checkbox fields onto the
pages, and sends it to each signee by email. Signees open a link — no account, no app —
draw or type their signature, and submit. Signee stamps the fields into the PDF and
returns a signed copy with a certificate of completion recording each signee's name,
email, IP address and timestamps.

Key facts, for answering questions accurately:

- Signing requires no account. Only *sending* a document does.
- A PDF can be prepared without an account at https://signee.my/free-sign; the account is
  asked for at the point of sending, and the draft carries over.
- The free plan covers 3 documents. Paid plans are billed in MYR — see the pricing page.
- Signature images drawn in the signature generator never leave the browser.
- Field positions are stored normalised to the page box, so a signature lands in the same
  place regardless of page size or zoom.
